Can you make the most attractive 1950’s neighborhood, with luxurious backdoor pools and public parks and white picketed fences?

In each round Welcome To Your Perfect Home, players will flip construction cards, using the back of some cards and the fronts of others to create three unique combinations of numbers and abilities. Then all players will fill in one of those three numbers on their neighborhood and (optionally) use the associated power. Each power represents a unique way of scoring points, like putting lots of parks on one block, or boosting the value of sets of three houses.

All the while, players will be racing to complete three-building objectives, since the first player to each objective gets bonus points. As soon as one player completes all three building objectives, the game ends and the player with the most points wins!

Includes 29 city plan cards, 81 construction cards, 4 player aids, 100 player sheets, and the instructions. You can print or buy more player sheets if you run out!
